If you can't beat em, join em

I didn't figure I would give in to the blog nation, but then too, my folks never thought they would get much into email, that new fangled mumbo jumbo. I am all for change, so, as times would have it, it appears that if I am to keep in touch with long lost friends, this is the way to go. It seems that none of us will ever need to visit each other again. We can simply log on and read the latest updates and even see a picture from this very mornings goings-on. So, not only can we order a tasty Mangosteen (www.xango.com) via the internet (which we thought could only be obtained in the Congo... silly us), but we can also participate in each other lives from miles apart.
Autumn is the perfect time to become sentimental, so I gladly jump aboard the blogboat and allow my fingers to to the talking for me to my friends and loved ones who are not available to sweep great mounds of leaves with or take a jog in the country or hike a mountain, or go out on the boat... not that any of this is possible, were they here anyway..... then again, anything is possible with the written word.

So, it begins. Welcome to our life. Simple as it may be, it is now available to the public.... (Abram just got a little nervous :)
